- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or energy and environmental consulting to clients.
- Demonstrated leadership in energy program design.
- Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to present team results to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team workstreams and SME knowledge across multiple topic areas.
- Oversee budgets including team costs and cross-charging.
- Align growth initiatives with company objectives and market positioning.
- Influence investment priorities and strategic direction at executive level.
- Foster strategic external partnerships to expand opportunities.
- Present SME-focused concepts to clients/partners with minimal prep.
