CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Director to lead capability innovation and manage portfolio-level growth strategy. You will translate enterprise objectives into direction for solutions, influence executive priorities, and own team-level growth outcomes and budgets.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs for energy and environmental consulting.
Demonstrated leadership in energy program design and in regulated energy markets.
Ability to present team results and goals to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead capability innovation and growth strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
Manage SME thought leadership across multiple topic areas and capabilities.
Oversee budgets, goals, and cross-charging to maximize growth outcomes.
Cultivate external partnerships and influence investment priorities at the executive level.
