CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Director to lead capability innovation and manage portfolio-level growth strategy, translating enterprise objectives into direction for solutions. This role influences executive priorities and owns team-level growth outcomes and budgets to ensure sustained expansion.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee SME development, manage budgets, and shape strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver energy and environmental consulting programs for clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in energy program design.
• Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present team results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work as a SME.
• Demonstrated leadership in crafting narratives for growth project goals.
• Industry presence and ability to present as a thought leader to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: direct reports and multiple workstreams.
• Manages SME and thought leadership across multiple topic areas.
• Manages a budget, including team costs and cross-charging.
• Owns team goals and reports metrics on behalf of the team.
• Contributes to enterprise growth strategy and market positioning.
• Influences investment priorities and strategic direction for SME.
• Ensures resources are directed to high-impact opportunities.
• Cultivates strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Delivers client or partner presentations with little prep.
• Champions data-driven decision-making and accountability.
• Represent the strategic agenda in industry forums and events.
