The role requires delivering energy and environmental consulting programs with SME depth, guiding cross-functional teams, and shaping strategic priorities in partnership with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver energy and environmental consulting programs.
• Leadership in energy program design.
• Experience working with utilities in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present team results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of capabilities to deliver contracted work and SME contributions.
• Experience crafting growth narratives and pursuing project goals.
• Industry presence and ability to present as a thought leader to stakeholders.
