Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or energy/Environmental consulting engagements.
• Expertise in energy program design and development.
• Experience in presenting growth narratives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Industry presence and comfort as a thought leader in enterprise growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability innovation and portfolio-level growth strategy.
• Direct reports and manage one or more workstreams for the team.
• Own SME thought leadership across multiple topics and capabilities.
• Manage team budget and cross-charging for group initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Influence executives on investment priorities and strategic direction.
• Deliver client or partner presentations with minimal prep.
