Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Jacksonville, FL.

You will generate new business, lead strategic sales, and manage the full cycle from prospecting to closing within the builder market and real estate development industries. You will partner with the NewHomeSource regional VP of Sales to grow brand presence, forge builder relationships, and drive revenue across Listings/Advertising, Graphics/Interactive, and Self-Guided Tour

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in BD/outside sales
• 2–5+ years selling to VP/Director level in new home industry
• Experience with CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition
• Ability to manage entire sales process: prospecting, needs analysis, demos and closing

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue for Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory
• Schedule 5–7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and manage pipeline in Salesforce
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from intro to close
• Perform in-person and web demonstrations
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships
• Travel within territory and industry conventions as needed
• Present listings and products at events or company-sponsored events
