Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Chicago, IL, to grow our Zonda and NewHomeSource offerings. This role requires building strategic relationships with homebuilders and developers, driving revenue, and collaborating with the Regional VP of Sales to expand the brand in local markets.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, travel within the territory, and demonstrate a hunter mentality in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years’ experience in listings/advertising or digital media services in a business development/outside sales role
• 2-5+ years’ experience in the new home industry selling into VP or Director level
• CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration knowledge
• SaaS experience focused on user acquisition

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory
• Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com
• Drive full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
• Present listings and advertising products at company events or sponsored events
