Job summary
CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Minneapolis.
You will drive revenue by selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers, building strategic plans and closing complex deals. You will manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with data teams to foster builder relationships across the territory.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales.
- Experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry.
- Familiar with SaaS and CRM/digital marketing tech.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions.
- Develop and execute on a sales plan for the territory.
- Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
- Drive full sales cycle from intro calls to closing deals.
- Conduct in-person and web demonstrations.
- Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships.
- Travel within territory and to industry events to close prospects.
- Present listings and products at events.
