TikTok is expanding its US Commerce team to scale enterprise partners and drive topline revenue. The Business Development Manager will help build a secure and intuitive e‑commerce ecosystem for brands, creators, and shoppers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global e-commerce, business analysis or industry operations.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of global e‑commerce.
• Ability to independently run business analysis, strategy design and growth assessment.
• Ownership mindset and results-driven with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the global e‑commerce business and identify growth opportunities and issues; develop actionable operating strategies.
• Build and optimize industry operating mechanisms for growth; manage strategy tracking and reviews.
• Lead initiatives around merchants, assortment and content to improve GMV and efficiency.
• Enable industry operation teams by improving merchant growth, assortment operations and resource effectiveness.
