Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Manager for the US Commerce team to scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue growth. You will work with brands, creators, and distributors to expand TikTok Shop capabilities, while delivering innovative commerce solutions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in e-commerce, proven sales results, and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in e-commerce business.
Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred

Responsibilities

Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth
Discover innovative collaborative models that align to merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently
Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers
Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities
