WEX is seeking a Digital Account Executive to own customer success and growth across a large portfolio of small business accounts. You will drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion at scale through content, digital engagement, and data-driven prioritization.

You’ll design scalable programs, automate renewals, and use account health data to target segments, nurture at-risk accounts, and grow opportunities across thousands of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder meetings 3–5 per week.
• Executive presentations 2–3 per week.
• Develop business cases & RFPs 1–2 per week.
• Forecast & pipeline reviews 2× per week.
• Champion coaching and enablement activities.
