Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking a Digital Account Executive to own customer success and growth across an unassigned portfolio of 14,000+ small business accounts. This role is scalable, focusing on retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion through content, digital engagement, and data-driven prioritization.

You will design scalable programs, create digital content, manage renewal workflows, and analyze health signals to drive outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Content Creation/Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience building content for a broad customer or client audience.
• Experience managing renewals at scale with automated or semi-automated workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal management for the unassigned portfolio at scale.
• Design and execute one-to-many outbound strategies (emails, content, webinars) to surface upsell opportunities.
• Create and scale content, from emails to tutorials and videos, for a high-volume audience.
• Monitor portfolio health and renewal metrics to drive completion and reduce churn.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to plan, produce, and ship scalable content.
