The position emphasizes relationship-building, capture and proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration with Solution Architects, Pricing, and Client Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 3–5 years in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Experience as Government Program Manager/Analyst transitioning to industry highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills with networking and relationship-building at events.
• Knowledge of VA/Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Hands-on federal proposals writing and structured capture processes.
• Fluency with modern tech concepts (cloud, AI) and value propositions.
• Ability to navigate GovWinIQ, USAspending, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Capture & Account Strategy: support VA and Army growth by building customer/market intelligence.
• Capture Execution: assist opportunities through the capture lifecycle under the lead.
• Win Strategy & Positioning: develop win themes and value propositions for Army/VA frameworks.
• Teaming & Partnerships: identify partners and prepare materials for Contracts review.
• Proposals & Content Creation: write sections and align with Solution Architects and Pricing.
• Networking & Field Presence: attend events, engage stakeholders, demonstrate delivery capabilities.
