Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3–5 years of total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience as Government Program Manager / Program Analyst transitioning to industry, or from a major consulting firm.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with government and industry leaders.
• Knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Experience writing federal proposals and working within structured capture processes.
• Ability to discuss modern tech like cloud and AI with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer and market intelligence to inform capture decisions.
• Support opportunities through the capture lifecycle under the capture lead.
• Develop win themes, value propositions for Army/VA acquisition frameworks.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify teaming partners and prepare materials.
• Actively write and contribute to proposal sections and ensure alignment of messaging.
• Maintain opportunity records in Karsun CRM.
• Attend industry days and agency events to build relationships.
• Demonstrate modern tech trends (Agentic AI, Cloud) to clients at a high level.
• Learn and deliver the standard ReDuX capability demonstration as needed.
