DoorDash is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships in Austin to support day-to-day management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash. This role offers ground-floor exposure to a fast-growing retail and parcel logistics initiative, working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance to drive growth and revenue.

Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years client-facing experience preferred; strong presentation, analysis and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Own relationships with merchant partners and manage growth
• Proven ability to prepare and drive deals with data-driven insights
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance to move projects forward

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers; be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of strategic partners
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews; develop presentations and materials
• Turn insights into growth; raise concerns with data; flag negative trends and opportunities
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, launches and renewals to drive mutual value
