Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships in New York to support merchant partners and drive growth in our parcel logistics initiative, operating with startup pace inside a public company.

You will own relationships with enterprise retailers, run merchant calls and reviews, turn data into growth plans, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance to shape the roadmap and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Experience in the retail, logistics or parcel industry.
• Fast-paced or startup experience, including working on a fast-growing product that is still taking shape.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers; be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners and develop growth opportunities.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews; own follow-up and create presentations that tell the account story.
• Turn insights into growth by using data to flag negative trends and identify opportunities.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, launches and renewals to create win-win outcomes and help shape roadmap/go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance; gain visibility with leadership.
