Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to support daily management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity in our parcel logistics initiative, with startup pace and the backing of a public company.

You will report to the Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships within our Merchant Business Development organization and collaborate with account leads across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in the retail, logistics or parcel industry is a plus.
• Startup or fast-paced product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews, prepare presentations and materials.
• Turn insights into growth using playbooks and merchant data to spot opportunities.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, launches and renewals with stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance and communicate with leadership.
