Vanteo seeks a senior sales leader to own a multi-brand, from-scratch new-sales function across five J-1 teacher programs (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will design go-to-market strategies, build a national pipeline, and align marketing, operations, and compliance with executive leadership.

You will manage HubSpot architecture, partner networks with schools and recruiters, ensure placement quality, and collaborate across Enterprise Sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience building new-business functions from scratch.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales in education or related fields.
• Experience designing multi-brand go-to-market strategies.
