Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior sales leadership executive to own new-business growth across five distinct J-1 teacher programs, from TPG to HRC. You will design and run five brand-specific go-to-market strategies, build a centralized operating backbone, and partner with the President and Board to allocate resources and governance.

You will lead a cross-brand team, build partner networks, and drive multi-year, durable growth while ensuring compliance and quality in placements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ship a go-to-market strategy quickly based on market analysis for five brands.
• Build five coherent go-to-market motions tailored to each brand.
• Stand up sales operations, CRM pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity.
• Lead J-1 teacher marketing across multiple brands.
