Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior GTM leader to own five J-1 teacher brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC), building five coherent go-to-market strategies and a unified ops backbone, including HubSpot, sales ops, market intelligence, and partner networks.

In this fast, multi-brand environment you will stand up a new sales function, define budgets, and implement demand generation to create a durable pipeline across districts, networks, and schools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• J-1 program knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch.
• Deep K-12 sales leadership understanding.
• Experience selling to public school districts, charter networks, and private schools.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps chops with HubSpot or similar.
• Ability to build partner networks with government or recruiters.
• AI fluency; able to work with data/AI teams.
• Comfort building sales ops and market intelligence from scratch.
• Creative, self-starting, tech-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead five distinct go-to-market strategies for five brands.
• Own budget, headcount, tooling and partner spend.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline, forecasting, deal velocity, CRM.
• Develop revenue engine with campaigns and partner referrals.
• Build durable multi-brand new-sales motion across brands.
