Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior sales strategist to lead a five-brand J-1 teacher placement initiative, reporting to the executive team. You’ll design parallel go-to-market plans for TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC, build a national partner network, and ensure compliant growth across districts and networks.

You’ll stand up sales operations, CRM architecture in HubSpot, forecasting, and demand generation. This leadership role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in growing new-business or GTM teams.
• Experience building multi-brand go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of J-1 exchange-visitor program is preferred.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
