Job summary

Vanteo seeks a seasoned senior sales leader to own a multiclass, multi-brand new‑sales motion across five J‑1 programs. You will design differentiated go‑to‑market strategies, build and run the sales operations engine, and lead revenue generation through partnerships, marketing, and policy-aligned growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership with new-business experience.
• Strong knowledge of J‑1 exchange-visitor processes and compliance.
• Deep understanding of K‑12 procurement across districts and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead five distinct go-to-market strategies for five brands.
• Build and stand up sales operations, forecasting, and CRM workflow.
• Develop revenue generation programs, partner networks, and marketing partnerships.
• Ensure compliance and quality in placements and partnerships.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enable data-driven sales growth.
