Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in facility management or related industries.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation.

• Tailor presentations to address each client’s needs and articulate the value proposition.

• Prepare and present detailed proposals including pricing and service agreements.
• Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with goals.
