Aramark seeks a Manager, Growth Analytics & Strategic Insights to lead data-driven analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting across the Growth organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or related analytical disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and enterprise reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and strategic performance reporting.
• Experience working with Salesforce and related CRM analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build predictive, financial, and operational models that support strategic decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior executives and influencing business decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to financial and operational outcomes.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enterprise growth analytics supporting the 20x30 strategy and Growth organization priorities.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting that measure progress against key growth objectives.
• Create predictive and prescriptive models that identify revenue expansion opportunities, account growth potential, and customer retention risks.
• Develop account prioritization methodologies, target identification models, whitespace analysis, opportunity scoring, and market intelligence insights.
• Analyze customer, sales, supplier, operational, and market data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Translate analytical findings into concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support business case development, scenario modeling, and investment analyses that inform growth decisions.
• Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, SQL-based tools, Excel, Power Query, and other BI platforms to deliver actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on growth performance, market opportunities, and strategic priorities.
