National Vision is hiring a Manager, Growth Performance & Marketing Analytics to lead day-to-day performance analysis across Marketing and translate data into clear business recommendations. You will connect marketing activity, customer behavior, digital performance, CRM engagement, media effectiveness, and outcomes to drive actions.

The role partners with Brand, Growth Marketing, Digital Experience, Finance, and BI to frame the right questions, prioritize work, and deliver executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, or related field required.
• 7+ years in marketing, growth, digital, ecommerce, CRM, or analytics.
• Experience with marketing mix modeling and Power BI analytics.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance analysis across demand, traffic, conversion, and CRM.
• Translate data into executive narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to evaluate media, CRM, campaigns, and channels.
• Connect digital behavior to customer experience and brand priorities.
• Guide the Data Scientist and Marketing Measurement Analyst, prioritizing work.
• Support planning with performance trends, scenarios, and optimization suggestions.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and BI to ensure marketing data is well interpreted.
