Job summary

General Mills is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive enterprise portfolio diagnostics across the North America Retail portfolio. You will synthesize syndicated data, retailer signals, and financial metrics to explain drivers of share, growth and margin to senior leadership.

You will translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives and partner with BPA, Corporate Finance, IR and OU leaders to inform strategic decisions and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business-facing analytics within CPG, retail, or related industries.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives and actionable insights.
• Experience integrating syndicated market data with internal financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio diagnostics to identify drivers of share, growth and margin in North America Retail.
• Develop fact-based enterprise performance narratives for leadership and investor relations.
• Collaborate with BPA, Finance, IR, and OU Analytics to align enterprise and OU strategies.
