Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics, growth analytics, BI, data science, or related fields in software/SaaS.
• Experience designing/measuring product experiments and A/B tests with statistical reasoning.
• Strong SQL skills across multiple data sources.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis or data prep.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, dbt) and data instrumentation.
• Ability to define meaningful metrics and measurement plans with Product/Engineering.
• Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics assets.

Responsibilities

• Understand PLG journey performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams for self-service bookings and growth.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics with product teams.
• Lead and develop a growth analytics team with coaching and career planning.
• Establish PLG funnel measurement: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
• Analyze customer behavior using segmentation, cohorts, funnels, and experiments.
• Design measurement plans and interpret results with robust instrumentation.
• Improve analytics quality with clear metric definitions and reusable datasets.
