Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in marketing, brand management or program development with proven success.
• Experience in hospitality, culinary or restaurant industries.
• Skilled in creating adult education and training materials.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong integrity, teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Supervisory experience across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in matrixed, team-based environments.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop business cases with data-driven KPIs for high-impact initiatives.
• Program Development: Lead end-to-end programs with documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Field Enablement: Design and deliver training for field teams to scale solutions.
• Project Ownership: Manage timelines, budgets and resources for launches and improvements.
• Innovation & Optimization: Review strategies to enhance guest experience and profitability, exploring new tech and branding updates.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and analyze results with partners to refine strategies.
