Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics, customer analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience translating large datasets into business insights.
• Strong Excel and presentation platform skills (PowerPoint, Keynote).

Responsibilities

• Own analyses of customer behavior, campaigns, and business trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Diagnose shifts in acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value with clear drivers.
• Develop hypotheses, structure analyses, and derive insights from ambiguous questions.
• Translate trends into actionable recommendations for leadership.
