Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead a branch team. You will be financially accountable for market sales plans, recruitment strategies, and P&L while delivering top-notch service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain strong client communications and reviews. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and performance management across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, both one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish growth plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLA targets respected.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Lead branch team performance, coaching, and development.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, forecast revenue/expenses.
