Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth and branch performance in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage budgets, and develop top talent while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee day-to-day team performance, optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships across HR, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage a sales/service team and develop opportunities.
• Two years direct sales experience with growth in responsibilities.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is a plus.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and reactivating lost ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews with clients and program teams.
• Act as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations and HR managers.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth.
• Understand client business needs and staff requirements through collaboration with sales and management.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
