The role emphasizes selling add-on workshops, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating group arrivals, communications, and scheduling with the Group Sales and Service Team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
• Exceptional customer service experience with groups.
• Experience working with guests and groups in similar environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and bookings for groups of 15+ years old and school groups.
• Respond to group inquiries and process inbound booking requests with support from Group Sales and Service Team.
• Upsell Add-on Workshops to increase attendance and revenue.
• Be the primary contact for group communications before, during, and after visits.
• Assist with opening procedures and daily group arrival/departure logistics.
• Collaborate with Arizona Science Center teams to coordinate bookings and experiences.
