Grand Canyon Education is seeking a Group Travel Coordinator Student Worker to support the Travel Team within the Procurement and Travel department. You will assist with flight and hotel bookings and handle vendor communications.

This role is student-focused, requiring up to 20 hours per week during school terms (40 hours during breaks) and Arizona residency during holidays. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work up to 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the option of up to 40 hours during breaks, based on business needs.
• Must be based in Arizona during breaks and holidays.
• Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
• Timeliness and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Calling Vendors for payment authorization and receipts
• Assist the Travel Team with administrative tasks for flight and hotel bookings
• Daily use of job-related tools (SharePoint, Email, DEEM, etc.)
• Updating Excel Spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned
