Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Account Executive, Group Sales & Tours in Los Angeles to drive group sales, tours, and premium hospitality revenue year-round. You will prospect via outbound calls and face-to-face meetings, and coordinate with clients to plan and service large group outings.

The role requires prior group or ticket sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
• Committed to success in the sports/entertainment industry with a proactive sales approach.
• Able to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly & yearly ticket and revenue targets set forth by Director.
• Assist in creation of new group programs and events to increase sales opportunities.
• Make sales calls from category lists to area organizations and follow up as necessary.
• Build relationships to provide repeat business.
• Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
• Provide superior and professional customer service to clients.
• Attend team and community events to maximize sales opportunities.
