Job summary

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking an Account Executive, Group Sales to drive group ticket sales to businesses and communities. This role requires building relationships, handling outbound outreach, and presenting tailored packages for events, theme nights, and client meetings.

You will work during office hours and event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, traveling as needed and reporting sales progress daily. A background in sales and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year).
• 2–4 years of related experience in sales or group tickets preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; CRM systems knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Generate group ticket revenue via calls, meetings, events and promotions.
• Manage accounts to hit or exceed sales goals and develop new business.
• Plan and execute targeted group sales promotions and theme nights.
• Prospect and meet with potential clients; present proposals and follow up.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries and maintain high level of customer service.
• Attend games and events to maximize sales opportunities and network.
• Deliver regular sales reports and contact status to management.
