Job summary

The Los Angeles Clippers, part of Halo Sports & Entertainment, are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join the Group Sales team in Inglewood, CA. You will self-prospect, run outbound campaigns, and drive new group ticket revenue while delivering outstanding service to clients.

This full-time role requires strong organizational, communication, and entrepreneurial spirit, with CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) and a track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in group events and/or ticket sales; sports industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and sell new groups through daily phone calls, emails, and leveraging social networks.
• Exceed monthly and yearly sales revenue goals.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
• Be a department leader in call volume and leveraging outside networking opportunities.
• Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency.
• Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute game day events for clients.
• Additional duties as assigned.
