Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel group sales, with expertise in handling groups of 100+ rooms on peak.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to represent Hyatt.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and Hyatt services to groups of 100+ rooms on peak.
• Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure favorable terms aligned with business goals.
• Build new relationships and nurture existing ones with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
• Deliver exceptional service: conduct site visits, present tailored proposals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
