Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers of the hotel.
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
• Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with sales software.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing group sales accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through prospecting, presentations, contracts, and closing.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and ensure high-quality service.
