Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all F&B operations, including outlets, bars, banquets, and catering.
• Ensure luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor labor and food costs, prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Recruit, coach, and develop F&B leadership and staff.
