Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury hotel sales experience including rooms & catering goal setting
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach sales staff
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Financial acumen and budgeting proficiency
• Knowledge of revenue management and market dynamics
• Ability to recruit, supervise, and motivate multiple levels of managers

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed group budgeted room nights and revenue goals
• Analyze and estimate value of corporate/social group business and negotiate optimal revenue
• Develop and execute marketing plans to uncover new business
• Forecast revenues with up-to-date information
• Recruit, direct, train, and counsel group sales staff
• Represent hotel in community and industry organizations and events
