Regent Santa Monica Beach is seeking a dynamic Director of Group Sales to drive luxury group room-night production and revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, develop strategies, and cultivate key corporate, incentive, association, and specialty accounts with a focus on excellence and lasting partnerships.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to execution, while maintaining Regent’s luxury standards and exceptional guest

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years in Group Sales for luxury hotels.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Extensive luxury hotel network including corporate accounts & planners.
• Experience with RFPs and response processes; familiarity with CRM, Cvent & Delphi.

• Develop and execute group sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and coach a high-performing Group Sales team.
• Build relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
• Lead site inspections, client presentations, and RFP responses.
• Identify new group business opportunities and create sales plans.
• Collaborate with meetings, revenue, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Report pipeline and forecasts to senior management; present story-driven proposals.
• Represent the property at trade shows and client events; conduct site visits.
