Qualifications

• OSHA standards and safety policy must be followed.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills.
• Ability to read/understand instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Water plants daily in common areas.
• Mow, trim, fertilize, weed, and maintain lawns and shrubs.
• Paint exterior and clean grounds; replace light bulbs.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with emergencies and standby after hours.
• Keep pools, fences, gates, and exterior lighting in good condition.
• Custodial tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Report unusual circumstances to supervisor.
