Job summary

Royal American is seeking an Entry Level Porter to maintain the community grounds at Hunters Run Apartments in Gainesville, FL. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, following OSHA standards and safety policies while contributing to a well-kept property.

Candidate should have excellent attendance, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and follow written work orders.
• Strong communication with supervisor and team.
• Basic computer literacy is acceptable.
• Government issued state ID or valid driver’s license may be required by management.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards, company safety policy and stay aware of work-safety requirements.
• Water plants daily and assist with grounds maintenance as directed.
• Maintain grounds equipment and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Assist in custodial tasks and support teammates as needed.
