Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role involves routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site upkeep, responding to work orders, safety compliance, and assisting in keeping grounds, buildings, and common areas well maintained. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of on-site software functions and basic computer skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform regular/daily on-site attendance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support in maintaining a safe and organized maintenance shop, following safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
