Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure community areas are well-maintained, manage trash removal, and support service teams. The role includes turning vacant units, changing locks, and ensuring pool area safety in a fast-paced residential environment.

The position requires a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance), and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant units and prepare spaces for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist in turns.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors and maintain safety awareness.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance inquiries.
• Attend safety trainings and comply with safety policies.
