Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the community clean and well-maintained, support the service team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across grounds and amenities.

The role involves physical tasks, lock changes, and responding to resident inquiries, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter and keep common areas neat and free of debris.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete assigned minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance inquiries.
• Attend routine safety trainings and follow OSHA and other safety requirements.
