Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter in Alpharetta, GA. The role supports property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, assisting the service team with day-to-day tasks.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina for lifting and outdoor work, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and debris, keeping common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and support make-ready process.
• Assist in turn process and respond to service requests as directed by supervisors.
• Change all locks as required by property policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors immediately.
• Provide customer service to residents, answering questions and addressing complaints.
• Adhere to safety policies, complete training, and participate in safety meetings.
