Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property maintenance team member to help keep our communities pristine and safe. You will support the service team, maintain grounds and amenities, and contribute to curb appeal.

Responsibilities include inspecting for cleanliness, handling make-ready tasks, performing routine service requests, and ensuring lock and pool safety compliance. Strong customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to treat residents with respect and respond to complaints.
• Adherence to safety policies and risk-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready specialist in turns.
• Changes all locks per property policy and checks pool area gates for code compliance and safety.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provides responsive, respectful service to residents and handles questions and complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required safety training.
