Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and amenities for upkeep and curb appeal.
• Remove litter and prepare vacant units for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist in turn process.
• Lock changes and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provide respectful resident service and address complaints about maintenance.
