Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and respond to resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and keeps common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with the turn process.
• Changes all locks and maintains pool area gates for safety.
• Distributes notices to residents.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or safety concerns.
• Demonstrates customer service by handling resident questions and complaints.
• Follows safety policies and completes OSHA training.
